Appointment to The Accounting Standards Council
30 Apr 2020The Minister for Finance has appointed one new member to the Accounting Standards Council (ASC). The new ASC member is Ms Koh Kah Sek, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Far East Organization. A brief write-up of the new member can be found

2 Ms Koh’s appointment will
take effect on Fri 1 May 2020. The full list of ASC members is at Annex B (111 KB).
3 The ASC is the independent accounting standard-setting body established under the Accounting Standards Act for companies, charities, cooperatives societies and societies in Singapore. The Council is chaired by Mr Kevin Kwok, Independent
Director and Audit Committee Chairman of Singapore Exchange.
