Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority
The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) aims to provide a responsive and forward-looking regulatory environment for companies, businesses and public accountants that is conducive to enterprise and growth in Singapore. The statutory board focuses on business-related issues such as developing the corporate law framework, accounting and corporate governance.
It was established as a result of a merger between the Registry of Companies and Businesses (RCB) and the Public Accountants Board (PAB).

Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore
The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) is the Government's agent for administering, assessing, collecting and enforcing payment taxes. It also advises the Government and represents Singapore internationally on tax matters.

Tote Board
Tote Board (Singapore Totalisator Board) oversees the efficient and effective operations of its proprietary club, the Singapore Turf Club, and its wholly owned subsidiary, Singapore Pools (Private) Limited.
It ensures that horseracing and all forms of betting and gaming operated by the two entities are conducted with honesty and integrity. The surplus funds generated by gaming activities are channelled to the Board to fund worthy causes in the areas of arts and culture, education, health, community development, charity and sports to strengthen the nation and foster greater community spirit.
