DTA provides for lower withholding tax rates on cross-border payments of dividends, interest and royalties.
4. The full text of the Agreement is available on the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore’s (IRAS) website here. The DTA will enter into force after its ratification by both jurisdictions.
