Minister for Finance Heng Swee Keat to visit China
30 May 20181. Minister for Finance, Mr Heng Swee Keat will be in Nanjing, Shanghai and Beijing, China, for a series of meetings and engagements from 31 May to 8 June 2018.
2. Minister Heng will be delivering the opening address at the inaugural Sino-Singapore Artificial Intelligence (AI) Forum, held on 1 June in Nanjing. He will also share his reflections on Singapore-China relations, leadership and governance in a speech at Nanjing University on 4 June.
3. Minister Heng is scheduled to meet with senior government officials in China during this trip.
4. Minister Heng is accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Enterprise Singapore, and the National Research Foundation.
