Reminder to Sign Up for GST Voucher by 31 December 2014
12 Nov 2014Singaporeans who are eligible for the GST Voucher but have yet to sign up should do so by 31 December 2014. They were first asked to do so in a July 2014 letter informing them of their GST Voucher benefits, and they will also receive reminder letters from the Ministry of Finance before 19 November 2014.
2. Only those who are eligible for GST Voucher – Cash and GST Voucher – Medisave need to sign up to receive the payments. The eligibility criteria can be found in Annex (

a) Online at the GST Voucher website (www.gstvoucher.gov.sg), or
b) By completing the GST Voucher sign-up form available at any Community Centre, Community Development Council or any of the CPF Service Centres located island-wide. All forms should reach CPF Board before 31 December 2014.
4. As at September 2014, the Government has disbursed about $490 million in GST Voucher – Cash and GST Voucher – Cash: Seniors’ Bonus, and about $112 million in GST Voucher – Medisave. About 800,000 HDB households would have also automatically received the GST Voucher – U-Save amounting to $45 million in October 2014.
