Minister for Finance, Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam will be visiting the UK on 27 Mar 2009. He will be speaking at a conference hosted by the UK Financial Services Authority (FSA) to discuss the Turner Review which was released on 18 Mar 2009, which focuses on regulatory responses to the global financial crisis. The other speakers at the conference include Mr Alistair Darling, Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr Adair Turner, Chairman of FSA and Professor Mario Draghi, Chairman of Financial Stability Forum (FSF).

While in London, Mr Tharman will also be meeting with senior UK Government officials.
