The Minister for Finance has appointed three new members to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) Board. He has also re-appointed three members to the Board. The appointments will take effect from 1 April 2017.

 

2.         The three new board members are:

4.         The Ministry of Finance and the ACRA Board welcome the new board members and would also like to express our appreciation to the retiring members, Professor Ho Yew Kee, Mr Kenneth Yap and Mr Yap Chee Keong, whose current term ends on 31 March 2017, for their invaluable contributions to the Board.
