What is the Procurement Professional Programme?
The Procurement Professional Programme (P3) is a two-year development initiative designed to nurture the next generation of procurement professionals in the Singapore public sector.
As a Procurement Associate, you will gain:
Hand-on experience across government agencies through work attachments
Critical procurement and business skills
An understanding of Whole-of-Government procurement policies and systems
A recognised professional certificate in procurement management

What will you experience in the programme?
The programme combines training, job rotations and certification to equip you with both technical and people skills:
MOF Immersion
Introduction to the Public Service and Whole-of-Government procurement policy and processes
Foundational Training & Learning Circles
Procurement and business skills workshops, peer learning and community support, dialogues with MOF senior leaders
Job Attachments
Two on-the-job training rotations in different partnering Government agencies, and first-hand exposure to diverse procurement environments
Certificate Training
Earn a DSTA-SUSS Certificate in Procurement Management and build deeper professional competencies
Job Placement Opportunities
Explore post-programme roles within the Public Service, and contribute as a procurement professional driving Whole-of-Government outcome

Who can apply?
We are looking for passionate individuals ready to make an impact.
You should be:
A fresh graduate, or early career professional with work experience of 5 years or fewer
A degree or equivalent in any discipline
Driven, resourceful, curious, open-minded, and innovative
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Prior procurement experience is an advantage, but not required
Successful candidates will be placed on a 2-year contract with MOF.
