Re-Appointment of Mr Bobby Chin as Board Chairman of the Singapore Totalisator Board

The Minister for Finance has re-appointed Mr Bobby Chin Yoke Choong as the Board Chairman of the Singapore Totalisator Board ("Tote Board") for another year, with effect from 1 January 2012.
2. Mr Bobby Chin was first appointed as Chairman of the Tote Board on 1 January 2006. Mr Chin concurrently holds directorship positions in several listed companies, including Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, Yeo Hiap Seng Limited and Sembcorp Industries Limited. He also sits on the Board of Trustees of the Singapore Indian Development Association.
3. Mr Bobby Chin is a member of the Council of Presidential Advisers, Singapore Labour Foundation and Competition Commission of Singapore. He is also a fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
4. The Ministry of Finance appreciates the contributions of Mr Chin and looks forward to his continued leadership of Tote Board.
