Protocol to Avoidance of Double Taxation Agreement Between Singapore and Brazil Enters Into Force

1. A Protocol amending the Agreement between the Republic of Singapore and the Federative Republic of Brazil for the Elimination of Double Taxation with Respect to Taxes on Income and the Prevention of Tax Evasion and Avoidance (DTA) and its Protocol (May 2018 Protocol), which was signed on 17 April 2023, entered into force on 12 November 2025.
2. This Protocol corrects minor translation discrepancies in the Portuguese text, specifically on Article 11 (Interest) of the DTA, and Paragraph 7 of the May 2018 Protocol.
