Minister Of State For Finance To Attend The Tenth ASEAN Finance Ministers' Meetings, 4-5 April 2006, Siem Reap, Cambodia

Mrs Lim Hwee Hua, Minister of State for Finance and Transport, leaves today for Siem Reap, Cambodia to attend the Tenth ASEAN Finance Ministers' Meetings. The meetings will be held from 4-5 April 2006.
The meetings will discuss the Regional Economic Development and Outlook, Progress on the ASEAN and ASEAN + 3 Finance Cooperation as well as the Roadmap for the Monetary and Financial Integration of ASEAN.
Mrs Lim will also be providing an update to the ASEAN Finance Ministers on Singapore's progress in our preparations for the upcoming IMF / WB Annual Meeting and how we intend to showcase ASEAN during the Annual Meeting.
Mrs Lim will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Finance and the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
