MINISTER FOR FINANCE HENG SWEE KEAT TO VISIT BEIJING, CHINA

Minister for Finance, Mr Heng Swee Keat will be in Beijing, China from 17 to 19 October 2018 to attend the GIC’s annual thought leadership event, GIC Insights. The event gathers global business leaders to deliberate issues pertinent to the international business and investment community.

In addition, Minister Heng will meet senior government officials during this trip. He will also visit companies involved in the areas of research, innovation and enterprise.

Minister Heng, who is also the Chairman of the National Research Foundation (NRF), will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Finance, Monetary Authority of Singapore and National Research Foundation.
