1. The revised Singapore-France Avoidance of Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) entered into force on 1 June 2016.
2. The revised DTA offers improved terms such as lower withholding tax rates for dividends and includes anti-abuse provisions. The revised DTA is expected to enhance trade and investment flows between the two countries.
