DTA Protocol with Ukraine Enters Into Force

1. The Protocol amending the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Singapore for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income (“DTA”), signed on 16 August 2019, entered into force on 4 March 2020.
2. The Protocol amends the Exchange of Information Article to bring this in line with the internationally-agreed standard on exchange of information on request, strengthening tax cooperation between both countries.
