The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Mr Lee Hsien Loong, will start his Budget Statement on 28 February 2003 at 2.30 pm and end at about 4.30 pm.

2. The Budget Statement will be telecast 'live' over Channel NewsAsia. There will also be a 'live' Internet webcast.

3. The public can watch the Internet webcast at the following websites:

4. The public can also read and download the Budget Statement at the following websites:

This website will be updated every 3 minutes with the latest section of the Budget Statement as the DPM/Minister for Finance delivers it on 28 February 2003. The public can read the updated sections by refreshing the webpage.

The Budget Statement will only be available at this website after the whole statement has been delivered.
