The Council on Corporate Disclosure and Governance ("CCDG") notes that the International Accounting Standards Board has re-scheduled the release of the proposed accounting standard on 'Shared-based Payment' to the first quarter of year 2004. The CCDG will revisit this issue at a subsequent meeting.
