Deputy Prime Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam To Attend G20 Finance Ministers Meeting On 14 to 15 October 2011

Deputy Prime Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam will be attending the G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors' Meeting in Paris from 14 to 15 October 2011.

2.       The meeting will discuss current challenges to the global economy and various key reforms in international finance, in preparation for the Leaders Summit in Cannes in November. Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will be attending the Cannes Summit.

3.       DPM Tharman will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Finance and Monetary Authority of Singapore.
