       Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Mr Lawrence Wong, will visit Luang Prabang, Lao PDR from 4 to 5 April 2024 to attend the 11th ASEAN Finance Ministers’ and Central Bank Governors’ Meeting (AFMGM) and other related meetings.

2    The AFMGM will discuss the state of the global and regional economies; as well as ways to enhance ASEAN monetary and financial cooperation and integration, towards the implementation of the ASEAN Economic Community Blueprint 2025 and beyond.

3    Deputy Prime Minister Wong will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Finance and Monetary Authority of Singapore.
