1. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Tharman Shanmugaratnam will be visiting New Delhi and Mumbai, India on 26 and 27 September 2012.

2. DPM Tharman will have meetings with India’s Finance Minister Palaniappan Chidambaram, Governor of the Reserve Bank of India Dr Duvvuri Subbarao, as well as Chief Minister of Maharashtra Prithviraj Chavan. He will also be meeting senior business leaders and parliamentarians. DPM Tharman will be accompanied by officials from Ministry of Finance and Monetary Authority of Singapore.
