Changes to the Board of Singapore Totalisator Board wef 1 Jun 2026

The Minister for Finance has appointed two new members to the Singapore Totalisator Board (“Tote Board”) with effect from 1 June 2026.

The new members are:

  • Mr Lee Wei Hock
    Head of Assurance
    Ernst & Young LLP

  • Mrs Tracey Woon
    Board Director
    UOB Limited

Please refer to Annex A for a brief write-up of the newly appointed members. The new Board composition can be found at Annex B.

The Ministry of Finance and Tote Board welcome Mr Lee Wei Hock and Mrs Tracey Woon to the board and would like to express their appreciation to retiring members, Mrs Penny Goh and Mr Neo Sing Hwee, for their invaluable contributions. The retiring members’ current terms will end on 31 May 2026.
