Budget 2021 Household Support Package: 950,000 HDB Households to receive $135 million in S&CC rebates

About 950,000 Singaporean HDB households will benefit from the Service and Conservancy Charges (S&CC) Rebate, from April 2021 to March 2022.
2 This is part of the $900 million Household Support Package1 announced at Budget 2021, to provide additional support to families during this period of uncertainty. The Household Support Package provides some support to all families, with lower- to middle-income families receiving more. $135 million in S&CC rebates will support families in managing their household expenses.
3 Eligible Singaporean households will receive between 1.5 to 3.5 months in S&CC rebates in FY2021, depending on their flat type. They will be notified through letters by 1 April 2021, and receive their quarterly S&CC Rebate automatically in April, July and October 2021, as well as January 2022, based on the schedule below:

4 S&CC rebates will be credited directly into households’ S&CC accounts managed by their respective Town Councils. Households do not need to take any action to benefit from the S&CC Rebate.
Eligibility Matters
5 Residents can check their household’s S&CC Rebate eligibility online by logging into My HDBPage at www.hdb.gov.sg with their Singpass. Residents with queries relating to S&CC Rebate eligibility can also submit their queries at this portal.
6 Residents with specific queries on their household’s S&CC payment or account status can contact their respective Town Councils.
