Appointments to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) Board

     The Minister for Finance has appointed three new members to the ACRA [1] Board. The appointments will take effect from 1 April 2023.

2.   The three new Board members are: 

  • Mr Ramlee Bin Buang
    Life & Executive Coach and Independent Director
    Uyko Advisory

  • Mr Tan Puay Boon
    Chairman
    Competition Appeal Board, Ministry of Trade and Industry

  • Ms Yeo Wenshan
    Senior Director (Housing)
    Ministry of National Development

3.   The Ministry of Finance (MOF) and ACRA welcome Mr Ramlee, Mr Tan and Ms Yeo to the Board. MOF and ACRA would also like to express their appreciation to a retiring member – Mr Muhammad Hidhir Bin Abdul Majid, for his invaluable contributions to the Board.

[1] With effect from 1 April 2023, the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), the Singapore Accountancy Commission (SAC) and the Accounting Standards Council (ASC) will merge as one entity under the name of ACRA.
