930,000 HDB Households to Receive $132 Million of S&CC Rebate as Part of Budget 2019

About 930,000 Singaporean HDB households can expect to receive Service & Conservancy Charges (S&CC) rebate in FY2019, i.e. April 2019 – March 2020. The S&CC rebate was announced during Budget 2019 to help households with expenses, and will add up to $132 million this year.
2 In total, each eligible Singaporean household will receive 1.5 to 3.5 months of S&CC rebate, depending on their HDB flat type. Eligible households will receive a letter from end-March with more details of the S&CC rebate. The rebate will be disbursed over the months of April 2019, July 2019, October 2019 and January 2020 as follows:

About S&CC Rebate
3 The S&CC rebate has been paid out annually by the Government since 2013. The S&CC rebate will be used to offset a household’s S&CC payment directly. For households who pay their S&CC through GIRO, their Town Councils will make the necessary arrangement with their banks.

4 Residents with enquiries on their S&CC payment or account status can contact their respective Town Councils. Residents with enquiries on their household's S&CC rebate eligibility can call 1800-866-3078 (Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5pm) or email sccrebates@mailbox.hdb.gov.sg.
