Mr Raymond Lim, Minister in the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister for Finance and Foreign Affairs, will attend the Thirty-Eighth Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Asian Development Bank and the ASEAN+3 Finance Ministers' Meeting from 4-6 May 2005 in Istanbul, Turkey.

The Asian Development Bank Annual Meeting will discuss issues concerning the administrative, financial and operational directions of the Asian Development Bank. The ASEAN + 3 Finance Ministers' Meeting will discuss monetary and financial cooperation in East Asia.

Minister Lim will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Finance and the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
