12th Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Finance Ministers' Meeting, 8-9 Spetember 2005, Jeju, Korea

Mr Raymond Lim, Minister in the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister for Finance and Foreign Affairs, will attend the twelfth Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Finance Ministers' Meeting from 8-9 September 2005 in Jeju, Korea.
The APEC Finance Ministers' Meeting will discuss issues concerning the promotion of economic and financial cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region. This year's meeting agenda will focus on ways to facilitate intra-regional capital flows, and explore the challenges and opportunities for macroeconomic policies that population ageing will accompany.
Minister Lim will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Finance and the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
