Bicentennial Bonus supports individuals who need more help,
Including youth, working adults and older Singaporeans

1.4 million Singaporeans will receive up to three of the Bicentennial Bonus benefits in November: these are the GST Voucher – Cash (Bicentennial Payment), CPF Top-up, and Workfare Bicentennial Bonus.

2 In Budget 2019, the Government had announced a $1.1 billion Bicentennial Bonus to commemorate Singapore’s Bicentennial and to support individuals who need more help. Some of the Bicentennial Bonus benefits were distributed over the past few months.

3 The list of all Bicentennial Bonus benefits is in the table below. Details are in the Annex (346 KB).

4 To verify the authenticity of a SMS notification, citizens can check that the SMS is sent by “SG-Workfare” for the Workfare Bicentennial Bonus, or “GSTV” for GSTV – Cash (Bicentennial Payment). These SMS notifications only inform citizens of their respective benefits. Citizens will not be asked to reply to their SMS or to provide any information to “SG-Workfare” or “GSTV”.
