Note by Senior Minister of State for Law and Finance, Indranee Rajah S.C., on Singapore's New Inward Re-domiciliation Regime
14 Nov 2017Earlier this year, the Companies Act was amended to introduce the legal regime for inward re-domiciliation of foreign corporate entities, enabling them to transfer their domicile to Singapore. This enables them to leverage on Singapore’s hub status while at the same time retain their corporate identity and history.
