We have a performance appraisal system in place that enables us to assess your progress in a fair, credible, rigorous and objective manner, and to help us plan with you your future career development so that we can maximise your talent and ability.
You will be continually assessed so that we can plan your career progression in MOF with you. Our assessments are based on your:
