The pre-procurement plan lists down in advance the potential
tenders with an estimated value of at least $200,000 which
government procuring entities (GPEs) are likely to call
during the fiscal year. The plan is published on GeBIZ's
website on every 1 April.
This initiative is aimed at building up awareness among
potential suppliers about opportunities in Government
Procurement, and to give them more time to prepare their
proposals for tenders they are interested to participate
in.
