3.17 Last October, the Government accepted all
the recommendations of the Company Legislation
and Regulatory Framework Committee (CLRFC) which
aim to simplify business regulations, support
entrepreneurship and lower the cost of raising
capital in Singapore. Let me highlight three of
the Committee's proposals.
