Rental Assistance : Extension of HDB Rental Rebate
Explanatory note
The current package of rebates for rental
charges will be extended for another year.
Rebates on Rental Charges

1-room HDB flats will enjoy rental rebates
of $12 per month and 4 months where they need not pay
rent.

2-room HDB flats will enjoy rental rebates
of $8 per month and 2 months where they need not pay rent.
The extension of the rental assistance will
result in savings of $8 million for households living in rental
flats.
